Like most contractors, Shaun spent years watching jobs slip away to competitors who quoted faster. The admin between a site visit and a sent quote was the bottleneck: measurements from a notepad, pricing rebuilt in a spreadsheet, reformatting everything into a document professional enough to send.

When he approached a developer to build it, the quote came back at $70,000 NZD. So he built it himself - drawing on a background in coding, graphics and web design that predated his construction career.
