Smart Assistant

The Smart Assistant is the advanced AI assistant built into the QuoteCore+ app. Unlike Q — the free assistant that helps you find your way around the app — the Smart Assistant works on your actual workspace: it finds, reads and summarises your quotes, drafts, invoices and orders, and can carry structured work with you step by step.

It's part of the paid app. Q answers questions about QuoteCore+; the Smart Assistant answers questions about your business.

What it can do

• Find anything, fast. "Find the quote for 12 Acacia Avenue", "latest invoice for Smith", "how many quotes did we send this month?" — it searches your real records and gives you a button to open the right page.
• Read the numbers. Ask for a quote's total, its components or its roof areas and it reads the authoritative values straight from your workspace — not guesses.
• Your day at a glance. Ask what needs attention: customers who viewed a quote but haven't accepted, suppliers who haven't replied, overdue invoices and follow-ups due today.
• Structured work. It can start multi-step jobs — like a new draft — and continue them with you by text or voice, keeping every step on the record.
• Voice. Talk instead of type where your browser supports it.

It suggests, you decide

The Smart Assistant only sees records you're authorised to see. Anything that changes or deletes your data asks for your confirmation first — navigation and suggestions never edit anything on their own.
